Description:
Whole house remodel doubled in size from 3,000 to 6,000 square feet. Addition is predominantly in the back of the house allowing the original ranch style of the house to be maintained. Added one bedroom and three and a half baths making it a five bedroom and five and a half bath house. Additional features include exercise room, retreat room, rec room/movie theater, sitting room, redesign of pool, patio and landscape, and custom iron work for the entry way. The single most dramatic change to the interior was the vaulted ceilings as a result of raising the ridgeline of the roof.
